What is SwitchTake?
SwitchTake is a mobile app that allows you to easily make editing decisions while filming. Swipe on your phone to mark good takes from bad takes. Import a full rough cut sequence into your video editor with all the cuts automatically removed.
Why is SwitchTake not finding edit sessions for my video files?
SwitchTake looks at the date/time of your media files and matches it with the time from the edit session on your mobile device. They times do not need to be exact but should be with in a few minutes for SwitchTake to match your video media with the edit sessions. If sessions are not being found check the time on your video camera to make sure it matches the time on your mobile device. Also verify that the daylight savings time settings are correct.
What video editors does SwitchTake support?
You can use SwitchTake with any video editor? SwitchTake supports directly importing timelines/sequences directly into Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. You can also use SwitchTake to generate video files so they can be imported into any video editor.

How do I change / upgrade my SwitchTake Plan?
Open the SwitchTake desktop application. Click the gear icon and choose the change plan button. Enter your email address to login and then enter the login code that is sent to your email account. Choose the option to update your plan.
How do I update my billing information?
Open the SwitchTake desktop application. Click the gear icon and choose the change plan button. Enter your email address to login and then enter the login code that is sent to your email account. Click the edit icon next to your payment method
How do I cancel my account?
Open the SwitchTake desktop application. Click the gear icon and choose the "UPDATE/MANAGE ACCOUNT" button. Enter your email address to login and then enter the login code that is sent to your email account. Choose the cancel plan button
